Job Title: Project/Product ManagerDuration: 6+ Months (Possible temp to hire)Location: Dallas, TX 75219Hybrid Role (4 days a week osnite)Responsibilities:- Required subject matter expertise for producing and maintaining procedures, regulatory alignment and operational best practices around evault along with supporting day to day evault operations.
- Additionally, resource will be leveraged in the existing operations team for the paper document custody business to support audits.
- Manages production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data.
- S/he manages the daily activities of production control and computer personnel to insure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems with the user community.
- Responsible for the timely escalation of significant support issues, and effectively manages the 24*7 staffing of the area.
- Must have thorough knowledge of company's IT infrastructure.
- Must have in-depth experience with reviewing proposed changes, assessing potential consequences and effectively managing wide-impact changes to the production environment.
- Must have expert knowledge with a variety of workflow problem areas and recommended improvements.
Education/Experience:- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience producing and maintaining procedures, regulatory alignment, and operational best practices around Evault
- Experience supporting day to day evault operations
- Financial services industry experience
