The MNTC-PROJ organization is at the center of execution of maintenance projects in and around the Laboratory's plutonium pit production facilities for U.S. nuclear weapons. We are focused on sustaining the current stockpile; providing life extensions of the stockpile; and helping shape a globalized nuclear world.
The Project-Program Director 4 (PPD4) reports to Project-Program Director 5 and Division Leader and provides leadership for the MNTC-PROJ portfolio. The MNTC-PROJ organization supports the ALD and senior leadership through strategic workforce and project execution, as well as the tactical execution of resource deployment, to ensure successful project execution, and available workforce-both native and deployed-across mission needs. This role provides leadership over the end-to-end resource operations program, including planning, execution, metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
As Project-Program Director 4, you will provide leadership and management of both personnel and programs, overseeing strategic and tactical implementation of resource operations across the organization.
