  • Managing the Swan Ganz Portfolio consists of Legacy Models and a new generation of product launches.
  • Strong Problem-solving skills - complex solutions. 
  • MBA 1-5 years working experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree 5 + years of working experience.
  • Possible extension and Temp to Perm possibility
What you will need (Required): 
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related pre-med program, general science or business with a strong ability to learn. MBA preferred. CNRA preferred.

  • Proven success working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams
  • Be able to build market models and launch trackers to determine the success or failure of a product.
  • Ability to quickly assess and understand market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics, etc. with imperfect information
  • Relevant clinical and physiological knowledge or demonstrated aptitude and curiosity to learn new subjects
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to cultivate long term, productive relationships with regional Client partners, customers, and professional and academic societies

  • (CLIENT) recently completed the acquisition of the Client's Critical Care business.
  • This position is part of the Critical Care division, and as such will become a part of the CLIENT organization in the future.
  • Critical Care will operate as a separate business unit, called Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) within CLIENT's medical segment, aligning with CLIENT's smart connected care approach.

  • This CLIENT Advanced Patient Monitoring Senior Product Manager will have responsibilities related to the Critical Care Swan-Ganz portfolio. This includes sustaining activities to solve problems with the cross-functional team; upstream activities to translate customer needs into product requirements and etc.
  • The Product Manager will assist the regions in expanding the product globally. This technology represents a key growth driver for Critical Care and significant opportunities within the Critical Care setting.
How you will make an impact: 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the Swan-Ganz product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. Manage product lifecycle from launch to obsolescence, including updates and enhancements.
  • Commercial Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration. Collaborate with sales and branding teams to create and implement effective sales enablement campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research / VOC and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage product forecasts and financial models. Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $68.00-$71.00 per hour.
