SUPERVISOR'S JOB TITLE: Director, Medical Education and Clinical Engagement
LOCATION: Remote (US based, proximity to designated office locations preferred)
Position Summary
The Medical Education & Clinical Program Coordinator is a highly organised, detail‑oriented professional, responsible for the operational coordination and execution of global medical education and clinical engagement programs.
Reporting to the Director, Global Medical Education & Clinical Engagement, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that education initiatives are delivered consistently, compliantly, and to a high-quality standard across regions and geographies.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, faculty, and clinical partners, the Coordinator supports the delivery of in‑person, virtual, and hybrid programs, including training academies, education seminars, advisory boards, and clinical engagement initiatives.
This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset focused on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of global medical education and clinical engagement programs, including in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end program logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, participant management, and post‑program follow‑up.
- Support the execution of training academies, workshops, and education seminars to ensure a consistent, high‑quality participant experience.
- Track program milestones, dependencies, and action items to support on‑time and compliant delivery.
Neuro Training Academy Support
- Manage day‑to‑day operational support for the Neuro Training Academy platform.
- Coordinate content uploads, user access, learner communications, and ongoing operational support.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is current, accessible, and aligned with defined program objectives.
- Maintain accurate user records and activity tracking to support reporting and compliance needs.
Digital & Webinar Coordination
- Support the execution of eSeminars and webinars, including platform setup, speaker coordination, attendee tracking, and post‑event reporting.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and IT teams to support education platforms and related websites.
- Ensure virtual programs are executed in line with defined quality, branding, and compliance standards.
Advisory Boards and Clinical Engagement
- Coordinate medical advisory board activities, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and follow‑up communication.
- Support contracting workflows, documentation tracking, and communication with advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with broader clinical engagement initiatives as assigned.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Create and manage purchase orders and expense tracking for program‑related costs, including faculty honoraria and vendor services.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, trackers, and records for internal reporting and audit readiness.
- Monitor shared inboxes and communication channels, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
Compliance & Accreditation Support
- Support adherence to applicable quality systems, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards across all programs.
- Assist with CEU reporting, accreditation documentation, and record‑keeping processes.
- Maintain organised, audit‑ready records for education and clinical engagement activities.
- Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers
Data Management & Reporting
- Capture, maintain, and validate program data to support follow‑up, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Generate standard reports on program participation, engagement, and operational performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Operations, and other internal teams across regions and geographies to support program execution.
- Coordinate with faculty, clinical partners, and vendors to support ongoing initiatives.
- Support ad hoc projects within the Global Medical Education & Clinical Engagement team as required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, medical education, or a related role.
- Experience supporting healthcare, medical device, or clinical programs preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee is regularly required to work on a keyboard and computer.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is designated as remote. Candidates located near one of our office locations may work in a hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with in-office presence as appropriate. The role primarily involves working from a home office, requiring a quiet and distraction-free environment suitable for confidential work, frequent video and phone calls, and focused tasks. The employee must have access to a reliable internet connection and an ergonomically appropriate workspace.
Typical work conditions include prolonged periods of sitting, extensive use of a computer, and frequent interaction via digital communication tools.
Minimal to moderate travel (national and international), based on program and business needs, including support of key education programs, advisory boards, or clinical engagement initiatives.

Pay Transparency:
Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $75,000- 90,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
