Job Summary

This role leads the most critical and complex cross-functional programs across the enterprise, with accountability for outcomes, execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, and value realization. The position brings an enterprise perspective to process, organizational, and technology change connecting strategy to execution across functions, geographies, and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the most critical and complex cross-functional programs across the Bose Enterprise, with accountability for outcomes, execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
• Lead transformation initiatives within and across operational functions, with particular depth in areas such as Supply Chain, IT, Data & AI, Global Business Services, and other end-to-end core business processes.
• Support post-merger and acquisition integrations from an operations perspective, connecting people, processes, and systems.
• Support the people and organizational side of change, including change impact assessment, stakeholder readiness, communications, adoption, training, and sustainment, to help ensure program outcomes are embedded and maintained.
• Bring an enterprise perspective to process, organizational, and technology change connecting strategy to execution across functions, geographies, and business units.
• Direct senior project and functional teams through planning and execution, establishing clear scope, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and success metrics.
• Establish and maintain executive-level governance, including concise program reporting, decision forums, escalation paths, and clear visibility to progress, risk, and value.
• Help build and mature the PMO by defining and embedding practical program management standards, governance, tools, templates, portfolio rhythms, and ways of working.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and resolve complex organizational, process, and execution issues; challenge assumptions and drive decisions that keep strategic work moving.
• Manage third-party partners and other external resources when needed, ensuring accountability, quality, and value without relying on a contractor-led delivery model.

Required Experience

• 8 years of progressive program and project management experience, including leadership of complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in operational environments such as Supply Chain, IT, Data & AI, Global Business Services, and other end-to-end core business processes.
• Experience leading operations integration in mergers, acquisitions, or other major business combinations, including transition planning and execution.
• Experience working within, building, or maturing a structured PMO, including governance, portfolio or program management standards, stage gates, reporting, metrics, and consistent delivery practices.
• Proven change leadership experience, translating program objectives into practical changes in processes, roles, behaviors, and ways of working, and building alignment and readiness across impacted teams.

Required Skills

• Executive presence and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders, facilitate decisions, and influence across organizational boundaries without relying on formal authority.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect operational details to enterprise strategy and financial outcomes.
• Exceptional relationship management, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills, with a track record of bringing diverse stakeholders together around shared outcomes.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, information systems, or a related field (required).
• PMP certification is strongly preferred, with demonstrated commitment to the program/project management profession and use of structured PM practices.
