Project / Program Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management training preferred
• 3+ years of Project or Program Management experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Strong user of Smartsheet, MS Project, resource loading, and resource leveling
• Background in semiconductor equipment, process automation systems, and capital equipment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through a phase gate development process
• Hands-on expertise in risk mitigation, change management control, and product lifecycle management

Responsibilities:

• Lead the cross-functional execution of New Product Development, product line extensions, and custom engineering projects

• Manage schedule, scope, technical specification, and target cost across all project phases

• Drive cross-functional alignment across design engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and service teams

• Implement risk mitigation strategies and manage change management control to prevent scope creep

• Direct communication of program status, milestones, and critical path items to global stakeholders
