Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to support engineering operations by managing vendor activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project execution. This role requires someone with an engineering background who can effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, lead weekly project reviews, and ensure successful project delivery from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage engineering and operations projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Host weekly project status meetings and track project progress.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks.
- Build and maintain vendor performance scorecards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare project updates and communicate status to leadership.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and business requirements.
- Drive ownership and accountability across project teams.
- Support continuous process improvements within engineering operations.
Must-Have Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Engineering background.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ownership and ability to deliver results.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional engineering environment.
