Job Summary:
Client is seeking a Project/Program Manager to support the Robotics Supply Chain. This individual will coordinate robotics deployment programs, oversee demand and supply planning, monitor project progress, analyze operational data, and communicate project status to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain planning, materials management, advanced Excel, SQL, and project management with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate robotics deployment projects from planning through execution.
  • Manage demand and supply planning for robotics deployment programs.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and overall progress.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Analyze operational and supply chain data using Excel and SQL.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, operations, engineering, and business teams.
  • Support materials planning and inventory management activities.
  • Drive on-time delivery across assigned projects.
  • Identify process improvements and simplify workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of Supply Chain or Operations experience
  • Demand & Supply Planning / Materials Management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
  • SQL for data analysis
  • Project or Program Management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
