Overview:
  • The AWS Integrated Demand Center (IDC) is reimagining global demand generation. Collectively the team develops and implements Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs) that align with AWS's business priorities and enable fast and iterative time-to-market, improved customer engagement, and delivery to AWS business goals.
  • The Program Management Office (PMO) sits within the IDC and is responsible for ensuring our highest-priority campaigns and programs are delivered on time and to an extremely high quality.
  • Our PMO team works across key IDC functions including Integrated Demand Planning, Digital and Channel Execution, Content and Asset Management, Performance & Analytics, Customer Experience, and Lead Management with the goal of creating a more consistent, cohesive, and relevant customer journey across AWS's global marketing efforts.
  • As a Program Manager within the IDC's PMO, you will serve as the heartbeat of our global marketing initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and delivery.
  • You excel at removing ambiguity, creating structured approaches that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining quality standards, and championing meaningful impact over activity metrics.
  • You are responsible for establishing clear execution frameworks, adapting processes based on team needs, and driving continuous improvement in how the IDC operates.

  • As an Integrated Demand Plan (IDP) Program Manager, we count on you to provide the structure, discipline, and momentum to deliver an IDP against AWS's goals and objectives.
  • You are an advocate of campaign process and the predictor of hiccups before they happen.
  • As an IDP Program Manager, you should be the best dot-connector on the planet, keeping stakeholders regularly in the loop through Agile methods and coaching.
  • You are responsible for onboarding the IDP team into Agile ways of working, setting up and managing the team's Agile rhythm, identifying and escalating blockers, facilitating the Agile Ceremonies, and coaching the team to improve.
  • You will act as a whole-lifecycle thinker to ensure every angle is covered as efficiently as possible.
  • Passion for working with cross-functional teams to deliver results is a must.
  • You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work backwards, starting with customers, stakeholders, and any related team owners
Key responsibilities:

WE THE TEKWISSEN PEOPLE

TekWissen offers you a broader portfolio of services, industry-leading solutions, and the meaningful innovations that give you greater flexibility and speed to respond to market dynamics, reduced costs and risk to improve enterprise performance, and increased productivity to enable growth.

To keep pace with global market demands, TekWissen keeps its finger on the pulse of change. Our organized approach to guiding a project from its inception to closure. Managing projects is becoming more and more important as we enter the digital era. To cope with the pace that this transition demands, a method is required to manage projects so they can yield quality work, while incorporating efficient use of time and resources.

Project involves identifying which quality standards are relevant to the project and determining how to satisfy them.

It is important to perform quality planning during the Planning Process and should be done alongside the other project planning processes because changes in the quality will likely require changes in the other planning processes, or the desired product quality may require a detailed risk analysis of an identified problem. It is important to remember that quality should be planned, designed, then built in, not added on after the fact.

Capabilities and accomplishments in one TekWissen business enhance the opportunity for success in the others. Put simply, TekWissen's unique combination of attributes promotes success.
