Job Summary:
This role is for a seasoned professional to lead critical digital experience technology programs from inception to completion. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, managing intricate technical initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery by fostering collaboration. Success in this position requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic planning, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and track comprehensive program plans to ensure transparency.
- Simplify technical complexities and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Define program objectives, deliverables, and critical dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-organizational alignment and remove impediments.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience in technical program management.
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience with highly complex software engineering initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment.
