Project/Program Manager III

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager III to lead technical operations and event execution in support of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and DARPA Science & Technology (S&T) programs. In this role, you will oversee logistics, advanced technology development support, budget tracking, and geographically diverse teams executing complex defense technology demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program planning, execution, budget management, risk mitigation, and scheduling for DARPA technology demonstration events.
• Serve as the primary liaison between E-Logic, government stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Deliver required contract deliverables, including monthly status reports (TOSR), milestone plans, and event logistics summaries.
• Coordinate travel, site surveys, vendor staffing, and onsite event management across various U.S. testing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
• Must hold an active PMP Certification.
• 10 years of experience in electronic systems engineering support, with five (5) years focused on DoD R&D programs.
• OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience in electronic systems engineering support 5 years in DoD R&D programs).
