Location: Irving, TX (On-Site)
Duration: 24-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
Pay: $60 - $63 an hr

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to serve as a Product Owner supporting enterprise-level IT initiatives. This role will focus on gathering business requirements, translating them into actionable epics and features, and partnering with architecture and development teams to drive delivery within Agile frameworks.

This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Product Owner, working closely with business teams to gather and define requirements
• Translate business needs into epics and features for development teams
• Partner with architecture teams to align technical direction with business goals
• Support Agile delivery by working with Scrum teams and managing backlog priorities
• Lead collaboration across business, architecture, and development teams
• Facilitate alignment discussions, ensuring clarity on scope and deliverables
• Develop and present program updates and materials to leadership
• Drive execution in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project/program management or product ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working with Confluence and Azure DevOps (not Jira)
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Power BI experience
• Experience working across large-scale enterprise IT programs
• Strong background in requirements gathering and backlog management
