Pay Range: $68 - $72/hr
Job Description:
Experienced IT Project/Program Manager responsible for leading enterprise software and digital application initiatives from planning through implementation. This role partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, manage project execution, and ensure successful delivery of complex technology programs within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project and program management activities, including charter creation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, execution, and stakeholder communications. C
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, manage project risks and scope changes, and support initiatives through concept, prototype, pilot, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
- Utilize Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft Project to track performance, drive decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 years of direct project management experience leading software engineering teams, business partners, and product managers in an Agile environment.
- At least 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and working knowledge of Power BI.
- Proven experience developing project charters, building project plans, managing budgets and schedules, leading organizational change initiatives, and driving alignment across cross-functional matrix organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project with exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, Change Management, and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations and supporting ecommerce, digital platform, or service-related applications.
- Previous Scrum Master experience in addition to project and program management experience is highly desired.
