Position Overview
This is a
business-focused Project Manager role, not an IT Project Manager position.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the
Technical Sales Support (TSS) organization and Caterpillar's
Oil & Gas and Mining business groups. The individual will oversee business-process automation initiatives, coordinate stakeholder requests, facilitate communication across teams, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are progressing toward completion.
This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys driving project outcomes, building stakeholder relationships, organizing complex initiatives, and improving business processes.
