Job Description:
Professional Skills & Key Competencies
  • Own end-to-end solution delivery from inception and design through build, testing, and go-live, ensuring technical outcomes align with business objectives and architecture standards.
  • Proactively lead and manage all delivery phases of complex technical solutions including requirements, integrations, environments, data, and release readiness anticipating risks and driving timely resolution.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, coordinating teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of scalable IT/software solutions.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise contact center and healthcare platforms, including Genesys, Alvaria, Salesforce, and Brightree, with a strong understanding of system integrations, data considerations, and adherence to architecture standards.
  • Own RAID management at scale maintain a single, living RAID log across workstreams (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), quantify impact/probability, and drive mitigation plans to closure with accountable owners and dates.
  • Drive dependency management across technical domains coordinate cross-team prerequisites for environments, access, integrations, data readiness, and release gates;ensure dependencies are explicitly documented and actively dispositioned.
  • Operate a single source of truth for delivery execution ensure work items, decisions, and dependency/issue dispositioning are tracked in the enterprise system of record (e.G., Jira), with transparent status and auditability.
  • Manage vendor delivery and contractual outcomes coordinate vendor plans and deliverables, validate acceptance criteria, challenge gaps early, and drive resolution through formal actions (RAIDs, change controls, deliverable sign-offs).
  • Create executive-ready status and narratives produce crisp weekly/monthly reporting (health, milestones, key decisions needed, top risks, dependency heat-map), tailored for leadership consumption and fast decision-making.
  • Align product, business, and technology stakeholders translate complex technical tradeoffs into business outcomes, clarify priorities, and drive timely decisions when competing objectives arise across functions.
  • Drive environment and data readiness disciplines ensure environment diagrams, credentials/access, representative test data, API specifications, maintenance windows, and freeze calendars are in place to protect delivery timelines.
  • Lead operational readiness & support model coordinate monitoring/alerting readiness, support workflows, ownership boundaries, and incident response expectations to ensure stable post go-live operations.
  • Resource and capacity planning across workstreams forecast capacity, address bottlenecks, negotiate staffing changes, and ensure the right skill mix is available across requirements, build, QA, integration, and release activities.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement run retrospectives, capture lessons learned, implement process improvements, and raise delivery maturity (predictability, transparency, accountability).
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate accurately and concisely at all levels of management
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities

Minimum Requirements & Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Eight or more years of experience in project management
  • Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.G., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace)
  • Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, and cultural change across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for transformation programs, ensuring delivery within scope and on schedule.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to secure buy-in, manage expectations, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, using data-driven insights and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of transformation efforts.
  • Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail while managing multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups
  • Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required
