Project Sales Representative – Commercial Flooring

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 Base Salary + Benefits

Position Overview

An established leader in commercial and residential flooring is seeking an experienced Project Sales Representative to join its growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with 2–5 years of flooring industry experience who excels at developing client relationships, generating new business, and overseeing projects from initial opportunity through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Manage flooring projects from initial sales discussions through successful completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Provide consistent communication and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of flooring project sales experience, preferably within commercial or residential construction.
• Proven ability to generate business and develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard business tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$120,000 annual base salary
