Project Scheduler (2158)

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines.

? Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.

? Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders.

? Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones.

? Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.

? Develop/ Maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends.

? Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies.

? Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment.

Qualifications

? Minimum 3–5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.

? Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

? Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules

? Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects strongly preferred.

? Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and schedule controls.

? Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

? Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.

Work Location

? Preference will be given to local candidates.

? Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in person and 2 days remote per week.
