• Pay Rate: $45.00 $48.00 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules in support of complex infrastructure projects including transmission & distribution line, substation, and/or telecommunication projects. The Project Scheduler works closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate technical schedule progress and ensure project controls deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain level 1 to level 2 schedules in Oracle Primavera P6
• Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activities, and activity codes
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules
• Utilize constraints, lags, and leads effectively
• Generate reports, layouts, and filters in Oracle Primavera P6
• Identify schedule drivers, delays, and opportunities
• Responsible for performing quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables
• Ability to communicate and understand technical progress of project schedules with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding transmission & distribution line, substation, and/or telecommunication projects
• Ability to integrate and analyze schedule data and information from other sources in Excel via formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Query, Power BI, etc.
• Identify logic errors, sequencing issues, or incorrect durations
• Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation issues
• Ability to handle multiple schedules across different projects

Required Skills

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business administration from an accredited program

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Ability to travel; valid driver's license required
