Project Scheduler - Construction Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Scheduler with construction experience to join our team. The Project Scheduler will play a key role in developing and managing project schedules, specifically in the construction industry. This individual will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven 5 years’ experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules in alignment with project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, delays, or risks, and work with the project team to mitigate them.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project timelines and milestones.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies for construction projects.
• Implement continuous process improvements to optimize scheduling efficiency and project delivery.

Salary Range: $126,591- $139,098 YR
