MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our Air Force team at Eglin AFB.
The Project Scheduler's primary function is to support the United States Air Force's 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with planning, developing, updating, and analyzing Integrated Government Schedules (IGS)
- Evaluating Industry data (to include Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP).
- Developing and presenting reports, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW).
- Identifying and analyzing Critical Path tasks, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and facilitating meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university. 2 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
- 2+ years direct/related experience.
- Experience building schedules or analyzing data related to projects or processes.
- Proficiency with an integrated scheduling tool such as MS Project/MSP, Primavera, Deltek Open Plan Professional, DCMA 14 Point assessment, or other similar tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active Secret Clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI-eligible clearance (i.e. DCID 6/4 eligibility).
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
- Willingness to submit to a Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
