Project Scheduler

The ideal candidate loves solving problems and ensuring construction projects are planned, resourced and executed with precision. As the Project Scheduler, you will be working with sales, operations and installation to ensure flooring projects are installed with ease.

General Accountabilities

• Plan & schedule all flooring projects while coordinating with sales and staff functions
• Communicate with stakeholders about schedule and changes
• Ensure materials and labor are available and jobs are complete prior to scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service for our builders and retail clients
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality, availability, and cost-efficiency.
• Assist with showroom & pricing items in the showroom, when needed
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through expert knowledge product offerings and exceptional service.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in scheduling or planning roles
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficient with computer programs and comfortable with technology; can type 35+ WPM
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Track record of achievement
• Ability to think critically, solve problems efficiently and work independently.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Curious personality and ability to quickly learn new information
