Tarpon Specialty Services is hiring an experienced Project Scheduler to support large-scale industrial construction projects in the Ingleside and Corpus Christi, Texas area. This role is critical to the success of refinery, LNG, petrochemical, and heavy industrial projects.

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Create and manage CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules for industrial construction projects
Coordinate schedule inputs with project managers, engineers, and field supervision
Track project progress, productivity, and milestones
Identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery plans
Perform schedule impact analysis and provide mitigation recommendations
Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership and clients
Support turnaround, maintenance, and capital project scheduling efforts
Ensure alignment between schedule, manpower planning, and procurement timelines
3+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, LNG, or petrochemical construction
Proficiency in Primavera P6 required (Microsoft Project experience a plus)
Strong understanding of CPM scheduling principles
Experience supporting heavy civil, structural steel, piping, mechanical, or EPC projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with field teams
Local to the Coastal Bend region or willing to commute to Ingleside / Corpus Christi, TX
Experience on LNG, refinery, or petrochemical facilities
Turnaround or shutdown scheduling experience
Knowledge of earned value management (EVM)
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and OSHA requirements
