    Description

    The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project turnover activities. This role provides schedule analysis, progress reporting, critical path evaluation, and schedule recovery planning to ensure successful project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
    Coordinate schedule development with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
    Monitor project progress against established milestones.
    Identify critical path activities and potential schedule risks.
    Perform schedule impact and delay analysis.
    Develop look-ahead schedules for field operations.
    Support schedule recovery planning and mitigation efforts.
    Update project schedules based on field progress.
    Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports.
    Participate in project planning and coordination meetings.
    Monitor resource loading and schedule performance.
    Support project forecasting and earned value reporting.
    Coordinate schedule interfaces between contractors and project stakeholders.
    Maintain schedule documentation and historical records.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline.
    Minimum 5 years of project scheduling experience.
    Experience supporting large construction or EPC projects.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Data center or mission-critical construction experience.
    Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification.

    Primavera P6 (Required)
    Microsoft Project
    Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
    Power BI (preferred)
