About the Role:
The Project Scheduler plays a central role in driving the smooth, coordinated execution of complex capital projects. In this position, you'll own the development and management of fully integrated project schedules that connect engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities into one clear roadmap. You'll work at the heart of cross functional collaboration; partnering with project managers, technical teams, contractors, and vendors to keep timelines realistic, risks visible, and progress on track. Your work ensures leadership has accurate, actionable insights into project status, enabling smarter decisions and stronger project outcomes in a fast paced cGMP manufacturing environment.

Here's a glimpse into your day to day:
- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules for capital engineering and construction projects.
- Build and manage detailed schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and project closeout activities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and project teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify potential delays, risks, and resource constraints.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and recovery planning.
- Coordinate schedule updates with engineering firms, contractors, equipment vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and project status updates for leadership.
- Support project controls activities including forecasting, change management, and progress measurement.
- Ensure schedule accuracy through routine reviews and validation of project progress.
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide recommendations to improve project execution and schedule performance.
You'll be a perfect fit if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of project scheduling experience supporting capital engineering, construction, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced experience developing and maintaining CPM schedules, performing critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, float analysis, and recovery planning for large capital projects.
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other cGMP manufacturing projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional project teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $120,000-175,000 Annually (depending on experience)
- Eligible for overtime pay
