LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work-Certified company and ENR Top 400 Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Infrastructure Division. This role will support large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout Louisiana, including one of the company's most significant ongoing infrastructure operations in North Louisiana.

The Project Scheduler will play a critical role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires strong technical scheduling expertise, collaboration with field and project management teams, and the ability to provide accurate reporting and schedule analysis using Primavera P6.
Position Summary
The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules for complex civil and infrastructure construction projects. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project activities are accurately planned, tracked, and reported throughout the lifecycle of the project.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, Primavera P6, earned value management principles, and civil construction operations including earthwork, utilities, grading, and site development.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience supporting civil construction or infrastructure projects.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 (Enterprise Project Portfolio Management).
Strong understanding of civil construction operations including:
Earthwork
Site grading
Wet utilities
Underground utilities
Concrete operations
Laydown yards
General civil infrastructure
Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and schedule analysis.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and civil construction plans.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
