Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Naperville, IL
Hire Type: Contract
Salary: $45–$65/hr (Exempt: Salary Plus)

Sterling Engineering is looking for a Project Scheduler in Naperville, IL. This opportunity is with a well-established organization supporting industrial and commercial projects.
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain project schedules based on WBS
- Manage and update schedules throughout the project lifecycle
- Forecast future resource requirements
- Develop and publish look-ahead reports
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of project scheduling or project management experience
- Experience in industrial or commercial environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to ask questions and drive clarity
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Experience with Unifier or other PMIS tools is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat
