Project Scheduler

ITS is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you'll build and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6, work closely with project managers and field teams, track project progress, identify potential delays, and help keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and schedule logic.
• Monitor progress and identify schedule risks or delays.
• Lead schedule review meetings and provide status updates.
• Support cost and schedule reporting (SPI/CPI).
• Train and mentor junior schedulers.
• Work with project managers, contractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Associate's degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• 6+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience (current or recent).
• Experience supporting utility, construction, engineering, transmission, or substation projects.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
