Description:
CTG is seeking a Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects I to partner with project managers, engineering teams, and operations personnel to coordinate complex project schedules, manage critical path activities, and ensure accurate schedule reporting using Primavera and Passport scheduling tools.
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for nuclear engineering, maintenance, outage, and capital projects.
- Coordinate project activities, milestones, sequencing, and resource loading to support project execution.
- Maintain schedule integration between Passport and Primavera scheduling systems.
- Support project managers with schedule development, progress tracking, risk identification, and schedule forecasting.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path impacts, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with budgeting, procurement coordination, work package planning, and project controls activities.
- Prepare schedule reports and communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support long-range planning initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Participate in project planning meetings and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
- Travel for business may be required as authorized by the client's technical representative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Primavera P6, Passport, or comparable enterprise scheduling software.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, project controls, critical path methodology, and resource planning.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting engineering, construction, utility, manufacturing, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field; OR
- Associate's degree in a related technical discipline plus two (2) years of technical experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED plus four (4) years of technical experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $72.00 to $78.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
