Project Scheduler – Nuclear Projects I, II, III (All Levels)

Job Summary
Responsible for scheduling project activities for Nuclear and Engineering Projects, including online, outage, lifecycle, and Enterprise Risk projects. Maintain schedules between Passport and Primavera and support project managers in developing detailed project plans, resolving scheduling conflicts, and managing critical path and float.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and long-range plans.
Support refueling outages, forced outages, and online work.
Assist with budget development and cost tracking.
Support work package preparation, procurement, resource loading, risk management, and work execution.
Resolve schedule delays and conflicts.
Develop and manage contracts and coordinate with vendors.
Track project progress, risks, critical path, and float.
Interface with project managers, engineers, management, and other stakeholders.
Prepare written and oral presentations for various groups, including senior management.
Support outage activities, including OCC.
Support implementation of self-assessment and corrective action programs.
Mentor less-experienced project managers as applicable.

Level I, II & III:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
OR
Associate's degree in a related technical field and 2 years of technical experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of technical experience.
