    We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on individual with the people skills to work with all members of our team. If you have a background in Project Management and Scheduling and are looking to start a career with an industry leader who values relationships, then please read on!

    What you'll be doing: 

    • Assisting project teams with items such as: Overall project schedule development, coordinating on project schedule updates through site visits, meetings, and reporting, and assisting preconstruction teams with proposal schedule.

    • Learning and applying Future Bylt SOP’s, standard operating procedures, to your work.

    • Tracking material procurement with the project management team to support schedule execution in the field.

    • Train and reinforce teams as needed in SOP requirements for coordination of schedule development and maintenance.

    • Travel as needed to project sites for schedule development and oversight.

    • Be a member of a team involved in formal presentations for projects.

    What you need for this position:

    • Passion for construction.

    • Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.

    • Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and ability to communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equally.

    • Commitment to providing a positive experience for all project stakeholders, clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members

    • Commitment to mastery and developing your career and personal goals through continual learning opportunities such as Future Bylt Academy, conferences, seminars, workshops, and courses.

    • Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.

    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera Project Planner (preferred / not required), Bluebeam, and a willingness to learn new systems.

    • Passionate for construction and applying new technologies, concepts, and innovative solutions.

    • Minimum of 3 years experience required as a dedicated schedule professional with background in attending schedule meetings, updating CPM schedules, and updating team leaders on schedule performance for projects.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

    • Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards.

    • Ability to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.

    • Proficiency in leading/managing meetings.
