Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Scheduling Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules for complex utility and construction projects.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience (Required)
- Experience developing and managing project schedules from scratch
Strong expertise in:- Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Schedule logic & sequencing
- Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
- Baseline & variance analysis
- Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, and Project Management teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications- Utility, Transmission, Substation, or Infrastructure project experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- PMP/PSP certification is a plus
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Power BI, or Excel reporting
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules in Primavera P6
- Perform critical path, delay, and schedule risk analysis
- Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, and Construction teams
Monitor schedule performance and recommend mitigation strategies
