Position Summary

The Project Secretary - Early Colleges is responsible for serving as a liaison for the Counseling Department by coordinating activities and exchanging information with Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI), Mott Community College and Genesee Early College, and our fiscal agent.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 30 hours of post-secondary coursework; Associate's degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a business office or educational setting required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems, with strong typing and general computer/technology skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, including experience coordinating projects, events, and data tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support data collection, reporting, and program coordination
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, analyze and verify data accurately, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $17.92 - $23.83

Work Schedule: 261 Days, 7.5 Hours

Paid Time Off:

  • Sick and Personal Business paid time, up to 13 days
  • Bereavement Leave
