Project Security Manager
Position Overview
Servexo USA is seeking an experienced Project Security Manager to oversee the performance and compliance of a multi-site government security contract spanning five (5) locations. This leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, staffing, contract compliance, officer performance, and direct coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
The ideal candidate is a seasoned security professional with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of managing complex operations, ensuring full contract compliance, and maintaining high performance standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Client Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR • Manage all COR-delegated tasks in compliance with contract requirements • Communicate performance updates, issues, and corrective actions professionally and timely • Identify, document, and resolve contract deficiencies • Ensure full compliance with contract terms, SOPs, post orders, and regulatory standards
Operational Oversight
• Oversee daily security operations across five (5) unarmed sites • Conduct routine and unannounced site visits • Evaluate officer performance and operational compliance • Review incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports for quality and accuracy
Staffing & Scheduling
• Manage all scheduling and staffing operations • Ensure full post coverage at all times • Address call-offs, vacancies, and emergency staffing needs • Coordinate onboarding and officer assignments
Training & Uniform Management
• Ensure completion of all required initial and ongoing training • Conduct refresher and remedial training when needed • Manage uniform issuance, compliance, and accountability
Performance Management
• Implement disciplinary actions, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans • Prepare and issue formal write-ups • Maintain accurate documentation for all personnel actions
Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain compliance records, training files, and personnel documentation • Prepare reports and corrective action responses for the COR • Manage electronic documentation systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of security management experience Experience managing multi-site contracts Government or contract security experience strongly preferred Proven experience working directly with government clients and CORs Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel Experience using electronic guard management, scheduling, and reporting software Strong comfort with digital documentation and reporting systems
