Role Overview
The Mitsubishi Power Site Manager (or designated Lead Technical Field Advisor) serves as the senior onsite representative responsible for overseeing Mitsubishi Power's scope execution throughout project installation, commissioning, and turnover. Reporting to the Mitsubishi Power Project Manager and Construction/Commissioning Management, this role provides full‑time site leadership focused on safety, contractual compliance, technical advisory support, and protection of Mitsubishi Power-supplied equipment and systems.
The Site Manager acts as the first line of defense in safeguarding Mitsubishi Power's commercial, technical, and safety interests at the project site. This includes proactive identification and documentation of EPC performance issues, potential claims, schedule impacts, and liquidated damages exposure; coordination of technical field advisory resources; and close interface with EPCs, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project execution. This is an advisory-only role with no hands‑on installation or operation responsibilities.
