Expected salary range of $115,200 to $128,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose of Position

Responsible for the coordination and development of schedules Central Design Organization (CDO) modifications projects, ensuring accuracy and performance data management throughout project life cycles, with a focus on activity, logic, resource loading, and constraint input into the scheduling tool. The Sr Project Specialist will successfully develop and maintain accurate schedules by working with the Lead Responsible Engineers, Site Managers, and SMDE, along with coordination with other schedulers in Project Management. The Sr Project Specialist will also manage project performance data, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of quality, cost, schedule and objectives.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Build all schedules for CDO projects using either P6 or Microsoft Project and maintain and/or coordinate updates for CDO schedules managed by the Project Manager Scheduler
  • Coordinate resource loading for site managers through Microsoft project or similar
  • For non-project Managed projects, process and manage ESP contracts/CPA's/Invoices/CCR's
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Update and maintain forecast data based on inputs from Manager and LRE's
  • Update and maintain project milestone matrix or similar
  • Update monthly PI data for management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree
  • 5-years of relevant position experience
  • Critical Path scheduling Method knowledge
  • Scheduling Tool knowledge
  • 5-years professional experience of which 3 must be in the field of management of projects
  • Experience in use of Scheduling Tools, including Primavera P3, P6 version 8.x or higher
  • P6 / scheduling experience
  • Demonstrated strong skills with all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel a must) and Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Project Management schedule program experience
