The Project Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing on-site technical operations, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of fieldwork. This role involves supervising field technicians, coordinating resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that project deadlines and specifications are met.
In accordance with applicable Company policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, will perform the following supervisory responsibilities: planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
