We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist to support the implementation of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) across a global hospitality portfolio.
This role is critical to ensuring successful system deployments by coordinating project timelines, preparing and validating hotel configuration data, delivering training, and supporting data migration efforts.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, hotel leadership, and external vendors. This position requires a balance of technical aptitude, hospitality operations knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive seamless system adoption across multiple properties.
Partner with corporate and regional stakeholders to align on project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Develop, manage, and communicate detailed project plans and deployment schedules.
Coordinate closely with hotel leadership to ensure readiness for system implementations and adherence to project timelines.
Support change management initiatives by guiding stakeholders through system transitions and best practices.
Collect, review, and validate hotel configuration data in accordance with established standards and system requirements.
Support the configuration, build, and deployment of Opera Cloud and Central Reservation System (CRS) environments.
Assist with data migration activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Serve as the primary liaison between hotel teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in regular project meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
Act as an escalation point for system-related questions and implementation challenges during and after deployment.
Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, training materials, and deployment efficiency.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and implementation best practices across the project team.
Minimum of 2+ years of hotel operations experience, preferably with exposure to multiple operational departments.
Hands-on experience with:
Opera Cloud
Central Reservation Systems (CRS)
Sales and Revenue Management platforms
Experience supporting multiple hotels, brands, or geographic regions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience with system implementations or change management initiatives.
Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with hospitality technology platforms.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a major hotel management company.
