A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases-within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.** **Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.** **You will:** + Own day-to-day health of PMO tools and trackers (e.g., Smartsheet/Jira/Sheets), ensuring data is accurate, current, and usable for decision-making. + Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards across assigned programs. + Drive meeting cadences: schedule and run recurring standups, status reviews, and stakeholder syncs; track and follow up on decisions and action items. + Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and process documentation for PMO workflows (intake, reporting, change control, etc.). + Partner with PMs and data/analytics resources to define and refine standard reports and views that support PMO governance. + Under supervision, own small projects or clearly bounded workstreams end-to-end (discovery ? planning ? execution ? close-out). + Translate objectives into clear scope, milestones, timelines, and owners; maintain and regularly update project plans. + Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Operations, HR, Finance, vendors) to ensure alignment on scope, dependencies, and timelines. + Identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately with proposed options/mitigations. + Prepare and deliver concise status updates for leadership and stakeholders (written summaries, dashboards, slides). + Capture lessons learned/retrospectives and feed improvements back into PMO standards and playbooks. + Proactively spot gaps, inefficiencies, or data quality issues in project tracking and suggest fixes. + Contribute to standardization efforts: reusable project templates, reporting packages, and intake processes the PMO can scale. + Support change management for new PMO processes, tools, and governance (communications, training, quick reference guides). + Act as a champion for good project hygiene across teams (clear owners, due dates, documentation, and follow-through). **Your team:** We are a high-impact Global PMO dedicated to operational excellence and seamless project delivery. Our team bridges the gap between complex strategy and actionable execution, empowering the organization through structured governance, clear communication, and a relentless focus on business outcomes **About you:** + 2-4 years of experience in a coordination/operations/analyst role (e.g., project coordinator, operations specialist, business analyst, PMO support) in a fast-paced environment. + Demonstrated organizational excellence: can manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines without dropping details. + Experience doing more than task entry-you connect tasks to business outcomes, ask clarifying questions, and push for clarity. + Comfortable creating and maintaining structured artifacts: project plans, trackers, status reports, process docs. + Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can summarize complex work into clear, action-oriented updates. **Preferred Skills:** + Proficiency with Smartsheet and project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira/Asana, Google Sheets, Docs/Slides). + Bias for ownership: you take initiative, anticipate issues, and follow through without needing constant direction. + Nice to have (but not required): + Experience supporting or managing small projects in a PMO or consulting/BPO environment. + Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery practices. + Interest in or progress toward project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum, etc.). The approximate annual base compensation range is $78,500 to $111,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team. **Benefits:** + People: Work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do. + Fun: We host in-person and virtual events such as game nights, happy hours, camping trips, and sports leagues. + Work/Life Harmony: Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave. + Comprehensive Benefits Package: LiveRamp offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you be your best self in your personal and professional lives.
