Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist in developing and managing project schedulesLead subcontractor coordination and communicate short-term schedulesDrive field execution, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactivelyComplete daily reports (manpower, activities, deliveries, conditions)Enforce jobsite safety and maintain compliance and cleanlinessManage RFIs, inspections, and regulatory coordinationCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and deliveries to maintain scheduleOversee quality control and adherence to plans and specificationsSupervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure performanceMaintain project documentation and site recordsBuild strong relationships with clients, design team, and vendorsManage punch list and drive project closeoutCoordinate utilities and third-party vendors Minimum/Preferred Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction management experience Knowledge/Skills:Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and regulationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentDecisive leader who performs well under pressure and unexpected conditionsEffective communicator with strong interpersonal skills across teams and stakeholdersProven ability to lead projects, manage resources, and build high-performing teamsWillingness to travel and be on-call as needed for site demands and emergencies5+ years of construction management experienceOSHA 10-hour required (30-hour preferred) and Construction Supervisor's License Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
