Project Superintendent - 175041 - 175210

Responsibilities: : · Responsible for the cost, schedule, quality and technical performance of assigned projects · Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with business development and the proposal strategies. · Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. · Manage, develop and coordinate customer requirements of complex systems and define integration requirements across multiple systems/processes. · Document project progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and successes to maintain project course. Qualifications: : · A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field · 10+ years of experience with construction · Experience with federal projects · Experience leading Fire Safety or Electrical Power Systems · Must be able to pass a government background check Compensation: Package: · Salary Range: 170k-200k · Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Federal Holidays, 401k, and Sick Leave as required by law
