Description

  • Oversee daily on‑site construction activities while enforcing OSHA and company safety standards
  • Develop project work plans and maintain rolling 3‑week look‑ahead schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure schedule and quality targets are met
  • Lead weekly job site meetings and proactively resolve issues
  • Maintain daily reports, site photos, and project documentation
  • Review drawings, submittals, and specifications for compliance with design intent and code requirements
  • Conduct quality control inspections and actively mitigate project risks
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for owners and stakeholders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site with a focus on client satisfaction

Profile

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction experience (Superintendent or similar leadership role preferred)
  • Collaborative mindset aligned with a design/build environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills



Nice‑to‑Have Experience

  • Procore experience
  • K-12 or education construction experience
  • Established relationships with local subcontractors

Job Offer

  • Salary range: $90,000-$115,000 (commensurate with experience)
