Project Superintendent

Quality Ironworks has an immediate opening for an experienced Multi-Family Project Superintendent.

Working in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide field information and schedules to the support to team.
• Maintain and update project schedules
• Update and maintain project forecasts
• Complete and turn in Field Measurements
• Schedule Installs with our contract installers
• Verify Installers have drawings and all necessary hardware for install
• QC all field installs prior to approval of payment.
• Review installers invoices and approve them on a weekly basis.
• Work with Detailing Project Mangers to coordinate production updates and changes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Need to have knowledge of codes for stairs and rails.
• Osha Certified.
• Some Saturdays could be required to work and supervise a specific task.
• Capable of handling multiple projects.
• Occasionally working under stress.
• Must have experience working with Excel/ Word/ Microsoft Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A team-player with the ability of communicate to all different members of the project team is essential
