You'll work closely with project management while leading foremen, crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, production, and safety.Key responsibilities include:Lead field operations with a focus on Safety, Production, Quality, and ProfitabilityCoordinate crews, subcontractors, heavy equipment, materials, and project resourcesKeep work progressing according to schedule and budgetCommunicate with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and project personnelMaintain accurate daily and weekly project documentationEnsure work meets project specifications and company quality standardsDevelop and lead foremen and field personnelHelp identify and resolve field issues before they impact the projectWhat We're Looking ForRequired:Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience on roadway/highway heavy civil construction projectsExperience with large-scale roadway, site, utility, and pipe projectsProven leadership and crew-management abilityStrong understanding of construction safety requirements and practicesAbility to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environmentScheduleThe majority of project work will take place between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM.
