About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Superintendent specializing in residential remodeling and construction. This role is based in Mamaroneck, NY. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily project operations, manage construction schedules, supervise trade professionals, monitor quality control and safety protocols, and ensure the project adheres to the established budget. Responsibilities also include resolving on-site issues, communicating daily with clients, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to our Architectural standards.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively
• Knowledge and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in residential construction is required
• Extensive knowledge in wood frame construction
• Expertise in construction safety standards and ensuring compliance on-site
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and resolving conflicts
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
