This is a full-time multi-site role for a Project Superintendent specializing in wood frame residential remodeling. Our offices are in Mamaroneck, NY and Stamford, CT with job-sites throughout Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. The Project Superintendent will oversee daily project operations, manage construction schedules, supervise trade professionals, monitor quality control and safety protocols, and ensure the project adheres to the established budget. Responsibilities also include resolving on-site issues, communicating daily with clients, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to our Architectural standards.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively
• Knowledge and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in residential construction is required (NOT COMMERCIAL)
• Extensive knowledge in wood frame construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects

SALARY: $120,000 + $15,000 PERFORMANCE BONUSES
