Job Description
As a Project Superintendent at Pinner Construction, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across different market sectors and for a range of clients in Los Angeles and Orange County. As a representative of Pinner, you will be empowered to actively contribute to our culture of excellence, trust, and quality. Your role as a key team member in shaping the future of Pinner Construction will involve developing and implementing innovative processes and techniques to drive the company's progress forward.
Your primary goal will be to organize, plan and prepare all site logistics. Take the lead on objectives such as the coordination and scheduling of all site activities to ensure superior and efficient results.
Job Responsibilities
Provide quality control to all contract documents and take action regarding questionable and/or uncertain details.
Evaluate all conditions at the job site and establish a logistical approach to the commencement of work and navigation of multiple parties and/or events.
Review all arrangements pertaining to the project as established by the Project Manager, Owner or Architect.
Perform daily walks of the job site to observe, monitor and control all safety practices.
Work in tandem with Project Management to produce and maintain the project schedule from inception to completion.
Oversee the creation and execution of the project punch list in a timely fashion.
Guarantee the final product complies with all contract documents and exceeds client expectations and the Pinner Construction vision

Qualifications
Hold either an Associate’s degree in a related field and 5 years of Project Superintendent related experience.
