Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives.Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring the project remains within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions when necessary.Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing issues as they arise.
