Job Description

The Project Superintendent - Top ENR GC - Greenville will be expected to:

• Project planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, setting clear milestones and deadlines. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Site management: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Budget and cost control: Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring the project remains within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions when necessary.
• Communication and reporting: Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing issues as they arise. Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports.
