We are a financial services company with a national reputation, but operates from a small footprint. With operations in several states, we’re looking for a Project Supervisor & Executive Assistant to join our team and help drive progress across multiple ongoing business projects.
This role blends organization, communication, and initiative — perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly while anticipating what comes next.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with customers and due diligence teams to manage transaction and document workflows.
- Oversee communication and documentation with third-party servicing organizations.
- Track and record progress across projects in a company project management system.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to current processes.
- Train new company team members and external service providers.
- Participate in client and team meetings — occasionally scheduled outside normal hours for national and international coordination.
Occasional travel may be required for company meetings.
Requirements
Who You Are
- A college graduate with 5–7 years of professional experience (preferably in financial or business services).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
- Familiar with CRMs (Zoho experience a plus) and secure data room platforms like SecureDocs, Deal Rooms or ShareFile.
- A self-starter who can work independently and remotely, with excellent attention to detail.
- Looking to grow professionally and have the potential for promotion to higher responsibilities and positions
- Professional, personable, and able to communicate with diverse groups.
- A U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
- High-Speed internet connection in your remote location
- Able to work occasionally early or late hours to support global clients.

- Full-time, salaried position (Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM; occasional virtual meetings outside those hours).
- Bonus; participation in the company bonus pool based upon corporate level achievement. Bonuses paid through the year can be a substantial addition to base comp.
- Remote-first, with proximity to Pasco County, FL highly preferred.
- 2 weeks of vacation plus 10 paid PTO days (including sick days).
