IDR is seeking a Project Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting the delivery of key projects within a government agency, providing coordination and communication across multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution. You'll work closely with project stakeholders, manage documentation, and assist with project tracking activities to support overall project success.

Position Overview for the Project Support Analyst:

  • Support the State of PA PMO project by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing detailed minutes.
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, files, and artifacts following established standards.
  • Assist with updating and managing project trackers, logs, and reporting documentation.
  • Support project leadership with daily coordination and communication activities.

Requirements for the Project Support Analyst:

  • Experience supporting project coordination, PMO, project analyst, or project support functions (3-5+ years)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple meetings, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills, including meeting minutes and documentation creation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
